Paul has been with the agency for the past 24 years and as CEO for the past 17 years. He is a licensed mental health professional, social worker, certified addiction professional. Paul has supervised clinical, administrative, and program staff in alcohol-drug treatment centers, mental health centers, and freestanding programs for the past 30 years.

Chief Financial Officer – Christy Carrillo, A.A
Christy was born and raised in Plainview, Texas and has lived there all her life. Christy has been with the Plainview Serenity Center, Inc. for 3 years working as Inpatient Residential Direct Care Staff for House of Hope and Recovery Solutions and Amarillo Transitional Treatment Center which are divisions of Plainview Serenity Center, Inc. Christy …worked as Administration Assistant for 1 year assisting with screenings, referrals, billing process, and activity organizing, managing the daily capacity, and assisting with the admission process for Plainview Serenity Center, Inc. and all three divisions. Christy with her experience and knowledge promoted to Chief Financial Officer for Plainview Serenity Center, Inc. and all divisions. Christy has also become the Head Chairwoman for the Recovery-Oriented Systems of Care (ROSC) committee in our area of Lubbock and Plainview, Texas. ROSC is a framework for coordinating multiple systems, services, and supports that are person-centered, self-directed and designed to readily adjust to meet the individual’s needs and chosen pathway to recovery.
Christy graduated from South Plains College with an Associates Science Degree. Christy has also attending South Plains College and currently pursuing her nursing license and on her off time is also a Business Owner/Cosmetic Representative for Kiss and Makeup. Christy is a mother of three children which she enjoys spending time with. Christy has experience in inventory control, auditing, restaurant management, payroll, packaging, data entry, travel arrangements scheduling, and office administration. Christy enjoys being a mother, wife, making others laugh, watching sports, makeup lover, and helping others in need. One of Christy greatest qualities is her natural ability to learn quickly and build good rapport with all people and agencies she deals with through her great listening and communication
